I had A bunch of lingering issues issues with the vehicle, it took a while, but the guys got it right and threw the whole process, They worked with me and we’re great to me, special thanks to Logan service team, and Cole at the service desk.

Everyone the day I bought it and a week later when I came back with questions about items like the seatbelts being lowered or the in car phone charger was very friendly and helpful. Heaven is just so easy to talk to and very helpful.

Great experience with Mitsubishi. The vehicles are reliable, fuel efficient, and surprisingly affordable for the features you get. I was especially impressed with the smooth ride and modern technology inside. Matt Thompson was very knowledgeable and a great sales person. Sales manager and finance folks were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for value and dependability.

Start to finish with Caelan was a seamless, easy process. He listened carefully and didn't steer me away from I wanted. The Outlander is roomy and comfortable, and it will be better once they detail it for me. I recommend them. 2/26/25 So far, no problems. I should have not taken a vehicle with 2,000 miles from the dealer, but it runs well and is comfortable. Overall, service is fair. I've had two complimentary maintenance services done. 3/12/26 Cole's new but handled things like an old pro. My car is safe with MCM.
