I come here exclusively for service for one reason only: The service manager Russell is the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly honest and upfront and will never try to take advantage or recommend more work than your car actually needs. They do the work super quickly and their prices are great as well. All the usual downsides of getting service done at the dealership - prices, lack of transparency, etc, don’t exist at Music City Mitsubishi. Go see Russell, he’ll take care of you!

As a mobile auto repair business owner, I deal with many parts department workers. Russell is easily one of the best, if not the best I've worked with yet. He smoothly and quickly got my part ordered, and called me the second it was ready for pickup. I showed up to pick the part up, we opened the part to confirm it was correct, which it was, and I was able to go finish the job. This dealership should do everything they can to keep Russell, he's an extremely valuable employee.
