I come here exclusively for service for one reason only: The service manager Russell is the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly honest and upfront and will never try to take advantage or recommend more work than your car actually needs. They do the work super quickly and their prices are great as well. All the usual downsides of getting service done at the dealership - prices, lack of transparency, etc, don’t exist at Music City Mitsubishi. Go see Russell, he’ll take care of you!

Wonderful experience with sales and service!! I very much appreciate the knowledge and professionalism with the staff there. My questions were answered in a very straight forward manner as to not insult my intelligence. I will be back and with my friends. Music City Mitsubishi in Nashville, TN Saved the Day, My Sanity, and My SUV! On my 3-day drive from Houston, Texas to West Virginia, my 2021 Outlander Sport began having engine trouble. I had originally planned to stop overnight in Memphis, TN, and went to Gossett Motor Cars for help. Unfortunately, they did not want to help and showed me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. While still at Gossett in Memphis TN, I reached out to the service manager Russell at Music City Mitsubishi in Nashville. I explained my situation and how urgently I needed help. Even though it meant driving 3+ hours out of my way and paying for an unplanned overnight stay in Nashville, it was absolutely worth it. When I arrived, Russell was ready and waiting for me. My repairs were covered under warranty, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The compassion, professionalism, and customer service were a complete turnaround from my earlier experience. If you’re in Tennessee, skip Memphis and take your business to Music City Mitsubishi. They truly care about their customers and will take great care of you!

As a mobile auto repair business owner, I deal with many parts department workers. Russell is easily one of the best, if not the best I've worked with yet. He smoothly and quickly got my part ordered, and called me the second it was ready for pickup. I showed up to pick the part up, we opened the part to confirm it was correct, which it was, and I was able to go finish the job.
